MetLife to Provide Life and Accident Cover to RBB Employees

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has secured comprehensive insurance coverage for its employees through an agreement with MetLife, American Life Insurance Company. The agreement covers both group life insurance and group personal accident insurance, offering financial protection to employees and their families against a range of risks during their employment period. Under the agreement, employees will receive insurance benefits in the event of death from any cause, while additional accident-related riders provide coverage for accidental death, permanent disability, loss of limbs, and loss of eyesight, hearing, or speech. The policy also includes reimbursement of eligible medical expenses following an accident and weekly financial support for employees who are temporarily unable to work due to accident-related disability.
