To facilitate the IPO issuance, North Summit Hydro has entered into an agreement with Machhapuchhre Capital Limited, appointing it as the issue and sales manager. The agreement was officially signed on Jestha 23. On behalf of their respective organizations, Balendra Kshetri, Managing Director of North Summit Hydro, and Upendra Malakar, Chief Executive Officer of Machhapuchhre Capital, signed the deal.
The company is currently constructing the Nyadi Phidi Hydropower Project with a generation capacity of 21.4 megawatts. This project utilizes the water flow of the Nyadi and Phidi rivers in the Marsyangdi Rural Municipality of Lamjung District.
North Summit Hydro aims to make a strong contribution to Nepal’s energy sector through this hydropower initiative. The upcoming IPO is expected to attract significant interest from investors, especially those looking to invest in long-term, sustainable energy projects.
