Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has placed 249,773 promoter shares for sale starting today. These shares, originally held by promoters, are now open for purchase by any individual or institutional investor, as the previous exclusive offer to existing promoters attracted no applications.

Initially, the company had issued a 35-day notice to current promoter shareholders, as required, but received no bids. As a result, the unsold shares are now available to the general public.

Interested buyers must submit their applications within 15 days of the public notice, i.e., by Asar 14. The sale creates a unique opportunity for general investors to gain access to promoter-level holdings, which are often considered more stable and long-term in nature.

This move reflects the company’s commitment to transparency and wider investor participation. Details on the application process and required documentation can be found in the official notice issued by Sanima Reliance Life.
