In a decisive step towards broadening ownership and accelerating growth, Nebico Limited, one of Nepal’s most iconic and time honored food manufacturing companies, has announced its plan to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth NRs. 200 million to the general public. Established in 1964, Nebico stands as a heritage brand in Nepal’s food industry, known for producing quality biscuits, confectioneries, cookies, and cereals from its production base in Balaju Industrial Area. With additional manufacturing units in Hetauda and Bhairahawa, the company currently boasts an annual production capacity of 1,500 metric tons, catering to both domestic and international markets.Looking ahead, Nebico is poised to expand its product line into bakery items, wafers, puffs, and more. Construction of a new factory facility in Hetauda Industrial Zone is nearing completion, while procurement of advanced machinery is already in progress

According to CEO Hom Nath Neupane, this move will position the company to meet rising demand and enhance its market footprint both within and beyond Nepal. With this IPO, Nebico Limited is not just raising capital, it is inviting the public to become part of its legacy and future. The offering signals a bold transformation from a legacy-driven enterprise to a publicly accountable growth engine, underpinned by transparency, innovation, and investor trust.
