NEPSE Index Skyrockets: Market Closes at 2,974 Points with Record-Breaking Turnover

The NEPSE index surged by 81.77 points today, closing at 2,974. A total of 236 companies saw their stock prices rise, while only 14 declined. Over 43.5 million shares of 319 companies were traded, with total turnover exceeding NPR 20.8 billion. Nepal Reinsurance led the turnover ranking, while investors in Trade Tower Company gained the most, with a 10% surge.
