Shiv Shree Hydropower Sets Book Closure Date Ahead of Annual General Meeting

Shiv Shree Hydropower Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashad 8, 2082 . The meeting is scheduled to start at 11 AM at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Kathmandu.

During the AGM, the company will discuss the Board of Directors’ annual report for the fiscal year 2080/81, including topics such as capital, profit and loss, and other financial matters. Additionally, the agenda includes appointing the auditor for the fiscal year 2081-82 and deciding their remuneration. The meeting will also address the appointment of new board members.

For the purpose of this meeting, Shiv Shree Hydropower has declared a book closure date of Jestha 30, 2082 . Only shareholders registered by Jestha 29 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
