Last Day to Qualify for Reliable Nepal Life’s 12.63% Dividend
Today is the final day for shareholders of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance to qualify for a 12.6315% dividend, including 12% bonus shares and 0.6315% cash.
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) has announced that today is the final day for shareholders to qualify for its proposed 12.6315% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. Investors must maintain their shareholdings by Jestha 26, 2082 to be eligible for the dividend distribution and to attend the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is scheduled to take place on Ashadh 2, 2082 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM. During the meeting, the company will formally endorse the proposed dividend package.
As per the decision made during the 151st board meeting held on Baishakh 23, the total dividend comprises: 12% bonus shares equivalent to NPR 55.68 crore, 0.6315% cash dividend amounting to NPR 2.93 crore, intended to cover taxes on the bonus shares. The dividend will be distributed based on the paid-up capital of NPR 4.64 Arba.
