Shiv Shree Hydropower Schedules AGM, Book Closure Date Announced

Shiv Shree Hydropower Limited has officially announced the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2080/81 (2023/24). The decision was finalized during the board meeting held on May 29, 2024.
The AGM is set to take place on June 22, 2024, at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, located in Battisputali, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM, and a key agenda item will be the approval of a special proposal concerning the appointment of board members.
The meeting will also cover the following points:
Review and approval of the Chairman’s annual report for FY 2080/81
Discussion and endorsement of the audited financial statements and audit report for the same fiscal year
Appointment of the auditor for FY 2081/82 (2024/25), along with the approval of their remuneration
To facilitate the AGM, the company has announced a book closure on June 13, 2024, for one day. This means only those shareholders who have completed their transactions on NEPSE by June 14, 2024, will be eligible to attend and participate in the meeting.
