Three Nepali financial institutions—Kumari Bank, Manjushree Finance, and Jyoti Bikas Bank—have announced the sale of their promoter shares. While Kumari Bank is offering shares to the general public, the other two have opened bids exclusively to existing promoters. The process will follow regulatory guidelines based on the response.

In a recent wave of financial movements within Nepal’s banking sector, three financial institutions; Kumari Bank, Manjushree Finance, and Jyoti Bikas Bank have announced the sale of founder shares. These announcements open investment opportunities either to the general public or to existing promoters, depending on the respective institution’s internal policies.
Kumari Bank Limited has placed 7,881 units of promoter shares up for sale, previously owned by various founder shareholders. As no existing promoters expressed interest during the initial offer phase, the bank has now made the shares available to any interested individual or company.
The applications must be submitted within 35 days from the date of the public notice. Interested buyers can submit their forms either at Kumari Capital, the bank’s share registrar, or at the bank’s central office in Tangal. The share price will be determined by the seller.
In contrast, Manjushree Finance Limited has initiated the sale of its promoter shares exclusively to its current founding shareholders. The decision was made following formal requests from several founding shareholders seeking to offload their holdings.
Interested existing promoters must submit their applications along with necessary documentation at the company\\\
