Everest Color Limited (ECL) has officially been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Thursday, with a total of 3 million shares admitted for trading. The listed shares comprise 790,000 ordinary shares issued to the general public and 2.21 million promoter shares. Following the listing, the company's shares will enter trading through NEPSE's special pre-open session on Friday before becoming available in the regular trading session. NEPSE has assigned an opening price range of Rs 100 to Rs 300 for the first transaction, while the company's shares will trade under the ticker symbol ECL.
