    The pharmaceutical company unveiled its IPO plans to institutional investors, proposing a base price of Rs 600 per share under Nepal's book-building process.

    Time Pharmaceuticals Limited has conducted a roadshow in Kathmandu for Qualified Institutional Investors (QIIs) as part of its book-building initial public offering (IPO) process, attracting participation from more than 145 investor representatives. The company plans to issue 1,086,500 shares worth Rs 108.65 million, equivalent to 20.5% of its issued capital, with 40% of the offering reserved for institutional investors and the remaining shares allocated to the general public. The IPO is being managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited, with sealed bids from institutional investors scheduled to be accepted from Ashadh 22 to 26 and opened on Ashadh 29. Established nearly 29 years ago, Time Pharmaceuticals has expanded from producing eight medicines with 25 employees to manufacturing more than 200 pharmaceutical products with a workforce of over 350 employees. The company has set an average share valuation of Rs 666.78 and proposed a base price of Rs 600 per share for institutional investors under the book-building mechanism. It also announced that it has launched Nepal's first clinical trial in the pharmaceutical sector, with the results expected to be released in the near future.
