Namaste Pay’s strategic partnership with Mayur Yatayat sets a highly anticipated blueprint for the formalization of Nepal’s massive public transport sector. Historically unorganized and reliant on cash, the transport industry stands to gain immense financial transparency, leakage reduction, and data clarity from digitized ticketing. Launching this pilot on 25 buses along a major highway route serves as a proof of concept.
