    Gold Price Rises by Rs 300 per Tola, Silver Also Gains in Domestic Market

    Gold prices in Nepal edged higher on Thursday, with hallmark gold increasing by Rs 300 per tola to Rs 291,300, while silver also recorded a gain of Rs 25 per tola.

    Gold prices posted a modest increase in Nepal's domestic market on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold rose by Rs 300 per tola to Rs 291,300, up from Rs 291,000 on the previous trading day. Likewise, the price of Tejabi gold also increased by Rs 300 per tola, reaching Rs 290,600. Silver prices also moved higher during the day. The price of silver climbed by Rs 25 per tola to Rs 4,505, compared to Rs 4,480 per tola on the previous day, reflecting a moderate upward trend in the domestic precious metals market.
