    HPPL Right Shares Issue Opens from Baishakh 17

    Himalayan Power Partner Limited to issue 50% right shares worth Rs. 53.27 crores starting Baishakh 17.

    HPPL Right Shares Issue Opens from Baishakh 17

    Himalayan Power Partner Limited has published its offer letter for a 50% right share issuance. The application will open from Baishakh 17 to Jestha 6, 2083.

    The company will issue 1,59,81,255 units of right shares in the ratio of 1:0.50, totaling Rs. 53.27 crores, to its existing shareholders. Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.06 Arba, which will increase to Rs. 1.59 Arba after the issuance.

    Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the process.

    The book closure date was set on Chaitra 10, 2082, meaning only shareholders holding shares before that date are eligible to apply for the right shares.
