    Himalayan Reinsurance Limited is set to undergo a major leadership transition following the resignation of its Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mukesh Kumar Kapoor. Kapoor, who had been steering the executive management of the prominent reinsurance firm, officially handed in his resignation letter on Ashadh 8, 2083, according to a recent notice published by the company. Having served in a dual capacity as both Deputy and Acting CEO, his departure leaves a key vacancy at the top level of the company's administration. The board of directors is expected to review the resignation and announce interim arrangements or a succession plan shortly to ensure smooth corporate operations.
